Terms and Conditions

Prices 
Prices are given in Swiss Franks (CHF) ex works - CH 7482 Bergün. They do not include the value added tax (VAT) and shipping. Handling is free of charge. Special wishes will be charged at the published prices plus time and labour.

Shipping 
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and final destination of parcels or pallets.
Abroad deliveries are charged DAP. That means that the beneficiary has to pay VAT and customs duty directly in the country of destination. 

Minimum order 
Orders from outside Switzerland with a value of less than 100 Swiss francs will be assessed a low quantity surcharge of 25 Swiss francs. 

Payment 
For Switzerland: deposit slip or TWINT 30 days net.
Outside Switzerland: prepayment by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard. We charge a fee of 5 % for payments by PayPal. 

Delivery and Dispatch 
Dispatch abroad takes place after payment of goods. All goods remain the sole property of Florinett AG until delivery terms and payments have been fulfilled. 
Dispatch within Switzerland takes place by priority or economy post with invoice. 

Reserving wood for deferred shipment 
If you personally select and reserve wood in Bergün or Latsch, please be advised that payment is due withing 30 days of the reservation.
Payment is also due withing 30 days of the reservation, even if the wood is to be shipped at a later date. 

Return of goods 
We grade our Tonewood according to the criteria outlined on our website. Please note that these are natural products which could show slight variations in quality. If our Customers wishing to return items, unaltered, for a refund or exchange may do so within 60 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping will be charged for the new items sent.

Claims due to damage

The goods are dispatched by Florinett AG in perfect condition. If damage occurs during transport, it is the recipient's responsibility to report this to Florinett AG as transport damage within 14 days of receipt using clear photo documentation.

Florinett AG accepts no responsibility for damage that is not visible (hidden defects) and will deny in this case, any claim for damages. this applies in particular to damage that occurs in and to the wood due to improper storage or processing by the recipient.
