Terms and Conditions

Prices

Prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs) and are EXW (ex works) CH-7482 Bergün, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Packaging is charged at cost price. Offers in foreign currencies are charged at the daily exchange rate. Special requests will be charged in addition to the published prices according to time and material costs.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the parcel or pallet. These will be charged to the recipient. We charge DAP (delivery at place) for deliveries abroad, i.e. the recipient of the goods pays the VAT and import duty in the country of destination.

Order quantity

For orders from abroad with a value of less than CHF 100.00, we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 25.00.

Payment

For Switzerland: 30 days net by bank transfer, TWINT, or debit/credit card
Abroad: advance payment by bank transfer, with debit/credit card (Visa/Master Card), PayPal
Please note: For payments with PayPal, we charge a fee of 5% of the invoice amount.

Delivery / Shipping

The goods are shipped abroad after payment by Swiss Post International or another shipping company. All goods delivered by us remain our unrestricted property until all claims to which we are entitled from the delivery contracts have been fulfilled. The goods willl be shipped in the best possible packaging.

Domestic shipment is made by priority or economy post with invoice.

Reservation and later shipment

Wood that is selected and reserved on site in Bergün or Latsch must be paid for within 30 days of the reservation.

Payment must also be made within 30 days of the reservation if the wood is not dispatched until a later date.

Return of goods / exchanges

We classify our resonance wood according to the criteria described on this website. Customers who nevertheless wish to return or exchange goods (unchanged) can do so within 60 days of the invoice date against reimbursement of the value of the goods (not shipping costs). If the goods are to be exchanged, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment, as well as the shipping costs for sending the new goods.

Please note: Goods that were selected and purchased on the basis of a photo sent by email or in the online store on the basis of the original product photo cannot be returned or exchanged!

Claims due to damage

The goods are dispatched by Florinett AG in perfect condition. If damage occurs during transport, it is the recipient's responsibility to report this to Florinett AG as transport damage within 14 days of receipt using clear photo documentation.

Florinett AG accepts no responsibility for damage that is not visible (hidden defects) and will deny in this case, any claim for damages. this applies in particular to damage that occurs in and to the wood due to improper storage or processing by the recipient.

Complaints due to damage

The goods are shipped by Florinett AG in perfect condition. Should damage occur during transportation, it is the responsibility of the recipient to report this to Florinett AG within a maximum of 14 days after receipt by means of clear photo documentation as transport damage.

At the same time, the damage must be reported by the recipient to the foreign postal company or its partner within the period specified by the foreign postal company. The latter is obliged to record the damage on an internationally recognized damage report. For this purpose, the recipient (= customer of Florinett AG) must present the contents found as well as the complete packaging and padding to the foreign postal company or its partner. Without a damage report, the damage cannot be reimbursed.

Florinett AG accepts no responsibility for invisible damage (hidden defects) and rejects any compensation. This applies in particular to damage in and on the wood that occurs due to improper storage or processing by the recipient.
